We are located in the context of the Mediterranean market. This local area of commerce, full of needs and benefits to the traffic of fresh food, which at the end of the day generates food accumulations that have not been sold and end up becoming into rejection, without having had any function in this world. We offer a solution to give them an utility before they are treaties as waste. We transform vegetable food (like leeks) into a biodegradable paper that can be used for capturing market promotions. Once its use has finished, it goes back to earth.
