Abstract

Aquesta recerca té per objectiu discutir sobre les pràctiques artístiques contemporànies que tenen relació amb el menjar, la cuina i els utensilis relacionats amb el menjar. Amb la finalitat de reflexionar a través de les obres sobre l'estètica gustatòria i el territori que defineix.

Esta investigación tiene por objetivo discutir sobre las practicas artísticas contemporaneas que tienen relación con la comida, el corner, la cocina y los utensilios relacionados con la comida. Con el fin de reflexionar a través de las obras sobre la estética gustatoria y el territorio que define.

This research has for objective argue on the contemporary artistic practices that have relation with the food, the cooking and the cookware. The main purpose is to reflect on the gustatory aesthetics and the territory that defines through the works.
