Les cases del fang : rehabilitació d’un habitatge fragmentat al Prat de llobregat

Abstract

El projecte que plantejo és una reforma d’una construcció fragmentada en desús al Prat de Llobregat. L’encarrec consisteix en crear un habitatge domèstic per a dues germanes que volen rehabitar aquest espai en desús, propietat de la família. El projecte consisteix en la reforma i adaptació d’una construcció i un galliner en mal estat. La propietat consta d'una construcció que forma part de la casa original, un annex de construcció precaria i un jardí per on s’ accedeix a la propietat. L’objectiu a l’hora de la rehabilitació és crear un petit oasi urbà i tornar a reanimar aquest espai tan oblidat. Fer-ne un habitatge còmode i confortable molt en sintonia amb l’entorn i amb el que signifiquen les construccións a la zona i en concret al parc agrari del delta del Llobregat. On s’emprin materials autòctons i amb personalitat, així com amb senzillesa i funcionalitat.
